Randi Sluder

Randi Sluder holds a B.S.E. in Speech and Theatre from Delta State University. A veteran teacher of twenty-nine years, she currently teaches fifth grade Gifted and Talented students in Hernando, Mississippi. Her current teaching position allows her to integrate drama and speech into the gifted curriculum. Randi has won three North Mississippi Theatre Alliance Awards (Allies) for acting and singing performances. Some of her favorite performances include: Forbidden Broadway, Aunt Eller in Oklahoma, and Mae Peterson in Bye, Bye Birdie for Theatre Memphis; Patsy Shelton in Beneath Shelton Laurel for Playwright's Forum; Gorey Stories at Germantown Community Theatre; Clairee in Steel Magnolias for Harrell Theatre and Kudzu Playhouse; and Annie's Miss Hannigan, Beauty and the Beast's Mrs. Potts, Oliver's Mrs. Sowerberry, and To Kill a Mockingbird's Miss Maudie, all for DeSoto Family Theatre. Performing for Chatterbox Audio Theater is the "icing on the cake" for Randi.
