RahLeeCoh Ishakarah

How do you improve something that is already so beautiful and elegant? This is the question that RahLeeCoh J. Ishakarah tussled with in his youth. Understanding beauty even in turmoil and struggle, he strove to capture more than beauty. He strove to capture energy, emotion, and the essence of a subject, scene, or event. These goals and the development of skill went hand in hand as he advanced under the guidance of his father, RahLeeCoh Ishakarah Sr., and his teachers from Power Apac Elementary, Middle, and High School in Jackson, MS.

Now that he is seeking his BFA for Sequential Narrative in his last semester at the Memphis College of Art in Memphis, Tennessee, the question becomes: how does he take what he has cultivated and apply it to everyday life?
