Rick Pilon

Rick Pilon

Rick is a graduate of Pepperdine University and a native of Michigan but after 25+ years in Memphis considers himself a definite southerner. Rick has always loved theater and was involved with Alpha Psi Omega drama fraternity in college both onstage and backstage. He fell in love with radio theater while listening to Radio Mystery Theater years ago while driving between Arizona and California while in the Marines. Rick has done only one piece locally, playing the father in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever with Bartlett Community Theater. Rick was excited to find Chatterbox and the incredible work they are doing -- and when he heard they were doing Spoon River Anthology (a favorite since high school) couldn’t wait to audition for the part of Rev. Abner Peet. As a previous pastor himself, he felt like he could really identify with the character. Rick is currently the IT Manager at the Memphis office of CBIZ MHM, LLC and hopes to be able to participate even more in Chatterbox productions. Rick would like to thank Chatterbox for the chance to be a part of their wonderful production. Rick would also like to thank his wife, Karen, for her support, love, and patience in everything.
